General admission for the public is half-price.

National WWI Museum and Memorial Opens Two New Main Gallery Exhibit Upgrades

The National WWI Museum and Memorial announced two Main Gallery exhibit areas that will open to the public on Tuesday, May 7. “Epilogue: A World Transformed” and “Into the Trenches” will reopen to feature new technology and stories showcasing the enduring impact of WWI. These renovations tell new and interesting narratives from WWI and create a richer and more immersive visitor experience.

“The Little War” Now Open at the National WWI Museum and Memorial

The latest exhibition at the National WWI Museum and Memorial, The Little War, opens Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024 in Exhibit Hall. When war breaks out, it’s not just the adults who are impacted. What does war look like to a child? The Little War explores the lives of children swept up by the storms of World War I while adults were fighting on the front line and supporting the war effort.
