10/26/2022

Against the backdrop of the Liberty Memorial Tower, representatives from Top Trumps USA along with Mayor Quinton Lucas unveiled a new edition of the Monopoly board game. As the mayor and the Monopoly mascot (known as Rich Uncle Pennybags) rolled dice across an oversized ceremonial board, each square was revealed to be another iconic Kansas City destination. Included were Loose Park, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Arrowhead Stadium, the National WWI Museum and Memorial and more.

The board game is currently on sale in the Museum Store and online.
