Sip and Stretch (April 2024)

Saturday, April 27 - 8:45 a.m. Paul Sunderland Glass Bridge

Due to anticipated weather, this event will be held indoors on the Glass Bridge.

While imprisoned in Great Britain for nearly four years because of his citizenship, Joseph Pilates created a new exercise system – now popularly known by his surname. Bring a mat and a friend for a low-impact regimen with the Kansas City Ballet that develops core strength and flexibility for any level of fitness. While you're stretching out, enjoy free cold-pressed juice from Ruby Jean’s Juicery. Afterwards, take in the view of the skyline sunrise from the top of the Liberty Memorial Tower.

Pilates starts at 8:45 a.m. Tower opens at 9:45 a.m.

In case of inclement weather, the program will move indoors to the Glass Bridge.

Free with RSVP | Memorial Courtyard
