Puppets a Glow-Go (Sept. 2024)

Friday, Sept. 13 - Saturday, Sept. 14 | 7:30-10 p.m. U-shaped Drive

Join the StoneLion Puppet Theatre for “Puppets a Glow-Go!” Kansas City Aerial Arts and glow artists light up the night in an immersive parade of giant illuminated puppets.

This unique event allows spectators to drive or walk through a magical glowing wonderland on Friday.

On Saturday, the event can be experienced only on foot; cars will not be permitted inside the Museum and Memorial entrance. Larger than life-size puppets will delight the entire family.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY

  • Memorial Drive from Main Street to Wyandotte Street is open.
  • The intersection at 31st Street and Wyandotte Street is open.
  • Southbound traffic on Kessler Street is closed to traffic.
  • Northbound traffic on Kessler Street is open to exit the area.
  • Main Street to the east is under ongoing construction to make way for the KC Streetcar. Please exercise caution in this area as traffic patterns have shifted.
