Puppets a-Glow-Go (Nov. 2025)

Join the StoneLion Puppet Theatre for another “Puppets a-Glow-Go”! Kansas City Aerial Arts and glow artists light up the night in an immersive experience of giant illuminated puppets, balloons and more on the Museum and Memorial's North Lawn.

Schedule

• 5-7:30 p.m. | Art vendors, roving performers, aerialists, giant puppets, music, glow art, interactive games and local food trucks
• 6:30-7:30 p.m. | Hot air balloon glow
• 7:30-8 p.m. | The Fable of the Long Spoons Giant Puppet Show
• 8-10 p.m. | Glow activities and vendors resume
• 10 p.m. | Event ends

This unique event allows spectators to walk through a magical glowing wonderland on the North Lawn. Larger than life-size puppets and interactive games will delight the entire family. The event can be experienced only on foot; cars can park in the U-Drive, West Visitors Lot, Kessler Road or Union Station. Shuttle cart service is available from Kessler Road.
